Vincom HCM – Block B (2008)

The first project for which BSV successfully applied shaft grouted barrettes technique in Vietnam.

This project possesses deepest 6-level basement in Vietnam. 

Test Barrettes: 1 nos. Test plain barrette 0,8 x 2,8m dia, 58m deep, max loading 3 060 tons 1 nos.

Test shaft grouted barrette 1,5 – 2,8 dia, 56m deep, max loading 2 960 tons

Diaphragm Wall: 20 060m2 diaphragm wall 1,2m thick, 48m deep

Mass Barrettes: 40 nos. plain barrettes 1,5 x 2,8m dia, 54m deep

98 nos. shaft grouted barrettes 1,5 x 2,8m dia, 60-78m deep

Project size: 28-storey building and 6-level basement
