For Digestor:

• 6 nos test bored piles 0.8m diameter, 35m deep;
• 177 nos mass bored piles 0.8m diameter, 35m deep

For Influent Pumping Station:

• 74.60m cicular diaphragm wall 1.2m thick, 40m deep
• 28.93m diaphragm wall 0.8m thick, 31m depth

Jet grouting:

• Trial JGC D1000, 37.5m length.
• 179 nos JGC, D1000 at tunnel area, 2.9m, 4m and 25m length.
• 679 nos JGC, D1000 in IPS, 9m length

Civil works of IPS and tunnel

PHC Pile:

• 29 nos PHC piles D400mm, 23.8m and 28m deep;
• 2 nos PHC piles D500mm, 28m deep.

With a peak capacity of 34,000 cubic metres per hour, the pumping station includes biological treatment, disinfection, sludge treatment, odour treatment, and a connection to the city’s sewage system. The plant will provide wastewater treatment services for some 1.4 million people in the Nhieu Loc-Thi Nghe basin and a portion of District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City.
