Project information
Phase 1 was completed by BSV in 1996. Phase 2 & 3 were awarded in 2012 and completed in 2014, 18 years after the construction of Phase 1 for the same client.
This was the first project for which BSV successfully applied polymer slurry for the deepest foundations of a building ever built in Vietnam.
Test pile package:
1 no. plain barrette 0,8×2,8m dimension, 61m deep, loading test 3 000 tons
1 no. shaft grouted barrette 0,8×2,8m dimension, 69,5m deep, loading test 4 235 tons
1 no. shaft grouted bored pile 1,5m diameter, 71,5m deep, loading test 3 935 tons
Diaphragm Wall: 17 842,2m2 diaphragm wall 1,0m thick, 45 – 67m deep
Test barrette package:
1 no. shaft grouted barrette 1,0×2,8m dimension, 68,525m deep, loading test 3 990 tons
Mass piles & plunge column:
88 nos. shaft grouted barrette 1,0 – 1,5 x 2,8m dimension, 64-81m deep
10 nos. shaft grouted barrette 1,0 – 1,5 x 4,0m dimension, 67-85m deep
18 nos. shaft grouted barrette 1,0 – 1,5 x 6,0m dimension, 71-75m deep
22 nos. shaft grouted bored pile 1,0 – 1,5 diameter, 55-64m deep
Plunge column:
105 plunge column up to 34m length
