This was the biggest project that BSV had been awarded until 2009.

BSV received 100% advance payment in lieu of payment guarantee.

Test Barrettes: 1 nos. test plain barrette 0,8 x 2,8 dia, 68,40m deep, max loading 2 740 tons

2 nos. test shaft grouted barrettes 1,0 x 2,8 dia, 58,40 – 70,40m deep, loading 2 880 – 2 900 tons

Diaphragm Wall: 18 358m2 diaphragm wall  0,8m thick, 54m deep

Mass Barrettes: 111 nos. plain barrettes 0,8 x 2,8m dia, 53m deep

164 nos. shaft grouted barrettes 0,8 – 1,0 x 2,8m dia, 72m deep

Project size: 6 blocks of apartment with 31-34 levels + 2-level basement + 5-level podium
