Test Piles:  1 no shaft grouted barrette 1,0m x 2,8m, 80m deep, O-cell test max loading 8950 tons

1 no plain barrette 1,0m x 2,8m, 85m deep, max loading 7825 tons

Mass Piling: 28 nos shaft grouted barrettes 1,2m x 2,8m, 85m deep

63 nos plain barrettes 1,0m x 2,8m, 85m deep

21 nos plain barrettes 1,0m x 2,8m, 90m deep

14 nos plain barrettes 1,2m x 2,8m, 85m deep

9 nos plain barrettes 1,2m x 2,8m, 87m deep

Upon completion in 2018, Landmark 81 Tower will be the tallest tower in Vietnam. BSV successfully applied O-cell tests for two trial barrettes with record max load of 8 950 tons.

BSV completed the construction works two weeks ahead of the contract program deadline.
