Golden Square (2009)

The first project on which BSV applied the shaft grouted barrette technique in Central Vietnam.

This project was the biggest property development in Central Vietnam until 2010.

Test Barrettes: 01 nos. test plain barrette 0,6m thick, 43m deep, max loading 2 520 tons

Diaphragm Wall: 12 320m2 diaphragm wall 0,6m thick, 29,0m deep

Mass Barrettes: 83 nos. plain barrettes 0,6 x 2,8m dia, 43,5m deep 101 nos.

Shaft grouted barrettes 0,8 – 1,5m dia, 42 – 47m deep
