ONE PERSON, ONE STORY | Celebrating 30 Years of Bachy Soletanche Vietnam – Ms. LAI THI THU THAO

Perhaps it is these simple beliefs that have shaped our journey.

As part of a multinational group, Bachy Soletanche Vietnam benefits from advanced technologies and international standards. Yet what makes Bachy truly unique is not technology alone. It is also our commitment to executing projects ourselves, building dedicated in-house construction teams, and continuously developing people through hands-on site experience. The combination of European engineering standards and the flexibility, determination, and eagerness to learn of Vietnamese professionals enables us to maintain full control of our resources, ensure quality, and remain resilient through market fluctuations.

One comment I often hear from clients and partners is: “𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱.” And perhaps that’s true. We are a company of engineers, sometimes a little reserved, but sincere, straightforward, and respectful. I genuinely value those qualities.

For our employees, my goal is not simply to provide competitive salaries and benefits. It is to create an environment where people share success, overcome challenges together, and receive fair recognition for their efforts. A place where laughter is heard during the workday, where respect and understanding are part of our culture, and where everyone truly feels safe and valued. I am not overly concerned about whether people leave early or stay late. Everyone has their own way of organizing their work. What matters most is responsibility, effectiveness, and a shared commitment to our common goal: maintaining quality, protecting our reputation, and ensuring that Bachy remains one of the first names clients think of when they need foundation and underground construction specialists who are professional, reliable, and, if possible, still genuinely pleasant to work with.
