Bachy Soletanche Vietnam, completed at the end of December 2020, one of its most important projects for the year 2020. A look back at a reference construction site.
Lancaster Legacy project located at 230 Nguyen Trai Street, District 1 – continuing the successful chain of Lancaster South to North luxury apartments such as Lancaster Le Thanh Ton, Lancaster Lincoln, Lancaster Luminaire – is the new development of the Trung Thuy Group located in the heart of Saigon.
This 33-storey tower with 4 basement levels and 419 units is due to open in 2024.
Bachy Soletanche Vietnam was commissioned to build the diaphragm wall and deep foundations for this new building.
The scope of works consisted of:
- 376m diaphragm walls, 1.0m thick, to 43m deep
- 139 nos barrettes at varying size dimensions installed as deep as 68m,
- and 43 nos plain bored piles at 1.2m diameter, 60m and 80m deep.
This project, which was started in August 2020 and ended in December 2020, is a great new business reference for the BU.
Congratulations to all for this project, which owes its success thanks to the design office and site teams that allowed this project to be completed 5 days ahead of contract schedule.
