Project: Can Tho Bridge
Construction Time: Sep2005 – 01/2006
Scope of Works: Bored Piling Works – Main Cable-Stayed Pier, North Bank (Vinh Long)-
31 Bored Piles: Large diameter of 2.5m.

Record Depth: 96m deep into stable and solid geological strata.
Technical Highlights:-
Mastering RDC Technology: Successfully operating Reverse Circulation Drilling (RDC) systems and coordinating heavy rebar cages on soft riverbank alluvial soil required highly sophisticated logistics and precise alignment.

Optimal Borehole Wall Control: Strict control of the bentonite slurry stability was maintained, ensuring perfect borehole wall integrity at a record depth equivalent to a 30-story building through complex silt and sand strata before concreting.

Uncompromising Quality Commitment: Every single meter of piling was rigorously monitored for verticality deviations and concrete uniformity near the 100m mark, safely delivering all 31 mega piles right on schedule within just 5 months.
