Spanning over decades in Ho Chi Minh City, from Package C Pumping Station (2005 – 2006) to the ongoing Nhieu Loc – Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant (2003 – 2026), our journey stands as a testament to our commitment to partnering with the city toward a green, clean, and sustainable future.
Project Description:
Project 1: Package C Pumping Station – HCMC Water Environment Improvement Project- Period: November 2005 – May 2006
- Scope of Works: Execution of heavy-duty diaphragm retaining walls to ensure total safety and stability for the transfer pumping station excavation pit.
Project 2: Nhieu Loc – Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant- Period: August 2023 – 2026
- Scope of Works:
+ Diaphragm wall system for the pumping station, the tunnel connecting to the existing shaft, and the East Bank Shaft.
+ Deep foundation piling system comprising bored piles, Barrette piles, and PHC spun piles.
+ Ground improvement utilizing Jet Grouting columns inside the pumping station to control soil movement, form a bottom plug against water ingress, and reinforce internal stability for the station and connecting tunnel.
💡 Technical Highlights:
Heavy Diaphragm Wall Expertise: At Package C Pumping Station, executing thick diaphragm walls required high precision to guarantee borehole wall stability within soft alluvial riverbank soil. Comprehensive Underground Solutions: At the Nhieu Loc – Thi Nghe WWTP, combining diaphragm walls, Barrette piles, bored piles, and hundreds of Jet Grouting columns formed a robust foundation system for this large-scale underground infrastructure. Strict Quality Control and Safety Standards: From static load testing to quality verification of bored piles, diaphragm walls, Jet Grouting, and main structural components of the pumping station, every process has been strictly monitored to meet the stringent technical requirements of urban environmental projects.
