On June 26, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Diaphragm Wall package of the MD4-1 project was successfully held, marking a solid beginning for the next modern lifestyle icon in South Saigon.
📍 Prime Location: Lot MD4-1, within Lot MD4, Zone A – South City New Urban Area, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project features a prime Southeast facade directly facing the vital Nguyen Van Linh arterial route (120m right-of-way).
