23 May 2025 the team at Bachy Soletanche Vietnam came together to participate in the Safety Day initiated by VINCI Construction Group, with a meaningful and human-centered message: “It\u2019s OK not to be OK” \u2013 Acknowledging and understanding mental health challenges is the first step toward overcoming them together.<\/p>\n

Mental health is neither unfamiliar nor a sign of weakness. It is a vital part of every worker\u2019s life and career. This event was a valuable opportunity for all of us to listen, share, and spread a positive message: You are not alone \u2014 we are always here for each other!<\/p>\n
